If the product you received has the following issues, you are entitled to request a refund or exchange:
The product has a major problem, which is a problem that you may not purchase the product if you know;
The product does not match the description;
The product cannot fulfill the manufacturer’s promised functions;
The product does not meet your explicit requirements, and we stated at the time that the product could meet your requirements.
If the product’s problem is not major, we have the right to choose to provide repair, exchange, or refund services.
If you change your mind or purchase the wrong product, we may not be able to provide a refund service. However, we will try our best to help you solve the problem and may provide services such as exchange or shopping discounts.
In addition to the above, we also provide a 30-day free return and exchange service. If you are not satisfied with the product for any reason, you can return the product to us within 30 days of receipt, and we will provide a full refund. Please note that this service does not apply to products that have been damaged after delivery.
